Forget the politics – Brexit may be unlawful | Philip Allott | Opinion | The Guardian : In the matter of withdrawal from membership of the EU, the government is not acting under its “prerogative power” in the field of foreign relations – an inherited power of the crown that needs no legislative basis. It is using the powers contained in article 50 of the treaty on European Union, which is part of UK law through the European Communities Act 1972. Article 50 explicitly leaves the legality of a withdrawal decision to national law. An unlawful decision under UK law would be invalid for the purposes of article 50. The legality of the proposed government acts is open to serious question, a question that can only be finally answered in the courts.

Davor Suker seriously WTF?? - Xtratime Community : I remember being young and watching that documentary "Last Yugoslavian Football Team" and wondering, "Why didnt they interview Suker?". Back in those days I was something of a yugonostalgic, and after seeing footage of him hugging and laughing with Mijatovic I honestly thought the dude was a respectable and honorable man. I thought the reason he didnt go on it was purely so he didnt look like an idiot like Boban, but judging by recent history I think he just mite be. Has anyone seen this photo of him at the grave of Ante Pavelic in Madrid around 1996? How can any Serb, including Mijatovic whose extremely religion, seriously have anything to do with him? Hell even the majority of Croatians hate the guy, yet some of our people adore him?

For years now Croatian ultras lived under big repression and the big famous club Dynamo Zagreb is totally fucked by Mamic and his guys. With a protest like this, in front of millions of people who watch on TV, the Croatian ultras manage to hit the leaders of the football very hard.
