United Passions is a 2014 French film about the origins of the world governing body of association football, Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA). Part-funded by FIFA,[1] it stars Tim Roth as Sepp BlatterGérard Depardieu as Jules Rimet and Sam Neill as João Havelange, and is directed by Frederic Auburtin. It premiered at the Cannes Film Festival on 18 May 2014, and was released in Serbia on 19 June 2014.[2] There are plans to release the film in other countries.

The film faced criticism from media due Sepp Blatter's film due the £16million outlay, more than the annual turnover of most of UEFA's national associations.[4][5][6]
Roth has said that he told the filmakers, "Where's all the corruption in the script?...Where is all the back-stabbing, the deals? So it was a tough one. I tried to slide in a sense of it, as much as I could get in there."[2] The director of United Passions, Frédéric Auburtin, claimed he inserted "ironic parts" into the film.[2]

Only seven weeks after his trip, Trump ran full-page ads in the Boston Globe, the NYT and WaPO calling for, in effect, the dismantling of the postwar Western foreign policy alliance. The whole Trump/Russian connection started out as laundering money for the Russian mob through Trump's real estate, but evolved into something far bigger. ► In 1984, David Bogatin — a Russian mobster, convicted gasoline bootlegger, and close ally of Semion Mogilevich, a major Russian mob boss — met with Trump in Trump Tower right after it opened. Bogatin bought five condos from Trump at that meeting. Those condos were...
