Plaintiff MasterCard filed an action against defendants Ralph Nader and his political committee, alleging unfair competition, misappropriation, trademark infringement and dilution of MasterCard’s trademarks under the Federal Trademark Act and state and common law. Plaintiff also alleged infringement of plaintiff’s copyright under the Copyright Act of 1976. Defendants filed a motion for summary judgment.
